As a proud mother of two girls, setting the best possible example of balancing professional success and maintaining a nurturing home is of the utmost importance. With the support of my husband, real estate will continue to be a life long career.
A Passion, Turned Profession.
Throughout her personal life and professional career, Julie Sullins has demonstrated a tangible commitment to invest her time and resources in organizations and causes that positively impact the lives of people across North Texas. As an accomplished owner of her own real estate brokerage, Julie demonstrates success in marketing, branding, process improvement, managing complex projects, and adapting to changing situations. In her own company as well as other corporate roles, Julie has been repeatedly recognized as a top producer.
Ms. Sullins’ community involvements included serving on the LEAD 2021 Advisory Committee for the Grapevine Colleyville ISD Leading Excellence initiative where she assisted in developing a plan to transform the district and better prepare students during the next 20 years. She was also a 2013 and 2014 mentor and sponsor for the Young Entrepreneurs Academy, guiding students through the process of starting and running a business. Julie served as Endowment Sponsor for the Grapevine Colleyville Education Foundation, delegate for the 2015-2016 Council of PTAs, the 2013 and 2014 Local PTA VP of fundraising, and was a member of the Grapevine Chamber of Commerce between 2008 and 2016.
Julie’s passion for helping people began long before her professional career. While completing her undergraduate degree in Psychology from Stephen F. Austin University, including a minor in child and family development, Julie invested her time as Chair of the Chi Omega Career Development Committee and vice president of the Child Development Organization where she was recognized as Most Valuable Member. She also volunteered with Nacogdoches Human Services, the Burke Center, Head Start, and North Place Nursing Home.
While managing a successful real estate business, Julie stays actively involved in the lives of her two daughters and her husband of more than 20 years. Her ability to stay active is enhanced by her initial Camp Gladiator experience, continued jogging, snow skiing, water skiing, and other outdoor activities.
